After working as a school janitor for 23 years, Tylan Bailey earned his degree in education and made the leap toward becoming a teacher.
While serving as head custodian at Hightower Elementary, he attended Georgia State University part-time and graduated after four years of dedication.
He completed several job interviews and later returned as a guest speaker for the school’s fifth-grade graduation.
