NEW YORK — Mark Cuban is supporting Elon Musk’s new America Party. Cuban offered to help get the party on ballots across the United States.

Musk announced the America Party on Saturday after his poll showed 65% support for a new political party. Over one million people voted in his July 4 poll on X.

“Today, the America Party is formed to give you back your freedom,” Musk wrote on X.

Cuban quickly responded to Musk’s announcement. He reposted it with fireworks emojis and offered direct support. “I work with Center for Competitive Democracy. They will help you get on ballots,” Cuban wrote.

Anthony Scaramucci also reached out to Musk. The former Trump staffer said he wants to meet and discuss joining the party.

The new party comes after Musk’s public fight with President Trump. Musk donated $277 million to Trump’s 2024 campaign but now opposes Trump’s spending bill. Musk says the “One Big Beautiful Bill” will add trillions to the national debt.

A recent poll shows strong interest in Musk’s party. 40% of voters would consider supporting a Musk-backed third party. Among Republican men, 57% said they would back the America Party.
